Counterflow cooler
Counter-current cooler is a relatively advanced new type of cooler internationally. It uses the counter-current cooling principle to cool high-temperature and high-humidity granular materials. Natural wind passes vertically through the material layer, first contacting the material layer, and gradually the hot air that becomes hot comes into contact with the hot material. The wind direction is opposite to the material flow direction, so that the granular material is gradually cooled in the forward direction, which can avoid the direct contact between cold air and high-temperature granular material, causing the granular surface to crack due to sudden cooling. The particles are fully and evenly cooled.
