The three-cylinder dryer is composed of three cylinder designs. The material is swirled through the three cylinders to fully utilize the thermal energy to dry the material to the specified moisture requirements. Product Features:

1. The cylinder is divided into three layers. The outer cylinder can use the heat emitted from the inner and middle cylinders, which improves the utilization efficiency of heat and reduces fuel consumption to a certain extent;

2. The heat carrier in the dryer is in direct contact with the material to be dried, and mainly relies on convection heat transfer, which has high heat utilization rate and is widely used;

3. The material travels in a rectangular multi-circuit manner in the drum. The material that achieves the drying effect travels quickly under the action of hot air and is discharged from the drum. The wet material that does not achieve the drying effect cannot flow quickly due to its own weight, which increases the drying time of the wet material and ensures that the material is fully dried;

4. The three-layer cylinder structure design greatly shortens the overall floor space and makes the structure more compact.
