The rotary dryer is mainly composed of a cylinder, roller ring, base retaining roller, and tail dust removal equipment. Through the contact between hot air and materials in the cylinder, and through the material lifting plate structure design in the cylinder, the material and hot air are fully contacted to achieve the drying effect.

1. The heat carrier in the dryer is in direct contact with the material being dried, mainly relying on convective heat transfer, with high heat utilization and wide application.

2. The flights are spirally distributed inside the cylinder, which can achieve a better lifting effect. The flights arranged at different angles make the material curtain of the cylinder section reach more than 80% of the cylinder section area, increasing the contact area between the material to be dried and the hot air in the cylinder, thereby improving the drying efficiency.

3. The rotation speed of the rotary cylinder is frequency-adjustable, and the cylinder speed can be flexibly adjusted according to the moisture content of different materials and the inlet air temperature to achieve the best drying effect.

4. The inlet and outlet sealing cover adopts a louvered stainless steel plate sealing device, which reduces air leakage at the inlet and outlet cover, thereby improving drying efficiency.
