2. Core components: The mold material is wear-resistant stainless steel, vacuum furnace carburizing heat treatment, uniform heat treatment hardness, and strong wear resistance. The mold is vertical double-layer, which improves utilization, reduces costs, and has the highest cost performance.

3. The motor and gearbox are connected by a plum coupling, which is easier to disassemble, maintain, and maintain. The gearbox has three-stage reduction, strong bearing capacity, and the unique separation design of the main shaft ensures the concentricity of the equipment and reduces the failure rate of the equipment.

4. The machine comes with a lubrication and cooling system, no need to shut down, the whole machine realizes 24-hour automatic intermittent lubrication, extending the life of wearing parts. 5. The unique material distribution system rotary device external design, the slewing bearing is no longer subject to the high-temperature steam erosion in the machine discharge hood, which greatly extends the service life of the material distribution system rotary device.
