Comprehensive crusher

The comprehensive crusher is composed of a machine base, cutter roller, upper and lower feeding mechanisms, feeding device, and hydraulic buffer system. It is mainly used for crushing materials such as logs, building templates, demolition materials, and templates.

Mobile diesel wood chipper

The mobile diesel wood chipper is a more flexible chipping equipment launched by our company. It uses a diesel engine as power and can be towed for outdoor production. It has strong mobility and better mobile production effect. It is mainly suitable for crushing branches, trunks, bamboo, hemp stalks, tobacco stalks, straw and other materials. The crushed material is 1-3cm, and the thickness is 5mm. It is a better choice for processing waste wood materials.

Efficient Crusher

Vertical flat die pellet machine

The pellets produced by this machine can be stored for up to half a year, which is convenient for farmers to store the feed pellets needed by animals before winter.

Single drum dryer

The drum dryer is mainly composed of a cylinder, roller ring, base retaining roller, and tail dust removal equipment. It is a drying equipment that achieves drying effect through the contact between hot air and materials in the cylinder, and through the design of the lifting plate structure in the cylinder, the materials and hot air are fully contacted.

Three-cylinder dryer

The three-cylinder dryer is composed of a three-cylinder design. The material is swirled through the three cylinders, making full use of the heat energy to dry the material to the specified moisture requirements.

Counterflow cooler

Counter-current cooler is a relatively advanced new type of cooler internationally. It uses the counter-current cooling principle to cool high-temperature and high-humidity granular materials. Natural wind passes vertically through the material layer, first contacting the material layer, and gradually the hot air that becomes hot comes into contact with the hot material. The wind direction is opposite to the material flow direction, so that the granular material is gradually cooled in the forward direction, which can avoid the direct contact between cold air and high-temperature granular material, causing the granular surface to crack due to sudden cooling. Air enters the cooler from its bottom in all directions, with a large air inlet area, high utilization rate, low energy consumption, and simple operation, resulting in significant cooling effect. The particles are fully and evenly cooled. The unique slide valve vibration is mechanical discharge, stable operation, smooth discharge, and the temperature of the cooled particles is room temperature +5~15℃.

Rotary screen

The trommel screen is mainly composed of a motor, reducer, trommel device, frame, sealing cover, and inlet and outlet. The trommel device is installed obliquely on the frame. The motor is connected to the trommel device through a coupling via a reducer, which drives the trommel device to rotate around its axis. When the material enters the trommel device, due to the inclination and rotation of the trommel device, the material on the screen surface is turned and rolled, so that the qualified material (undersize product) is discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the rear end of the trommel, and the unqualified material (oversize product) is discharged through the discharge port at the tail of the trommel. Due to the turning and rolling of the material in the trommel, the material stuck in the screen hole can be ejected to prevent the screen hole from being blocked.

Ton bag scale

Ton bag scales are widely used in quantitative packaging of granular, flake, and powdery materials in industries such as fine chemicals, grain and oil, building materials, and rubber and plastics. The ton packaging semi-automatic packaging machine is suitable for quantitative measurement packaging of 500~2000kg. Product selection should flexibly choose different product models according to the specific characteristics of the packaged material, such as gravity feeding method, spiral feeding method and other types of ton packaging scales. The packaging control accuracy is 0.1 grade. Different types of packaging machines can be flexibly selected according to the characteristics of the material and the installation space of the user's site.

Computer quantitative packaging scale

The computer quantitative packaging scale is mainly composed of four parts: automatic weighing device, conveying device, sewing device, and computer control. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, stable operation, energy saving and power saving, convenient operation, and accurate weighing. The main unit adopts spiral feeding, fast, medium, and slow three-speed control measurement, advanced digital frequency conversion technology, sampling processing technology, anti-interference technology, and realizes automatic error compensation and correction.

Hydraulic carriage silo

Hydraulic silo, suitable for the storage of various flake and powder materials. The bottom of the silo adopts a hydraulic sliding frame mechanism, which will not cause material bridging and arching; the hydraulic silo sliding frame drives the hydraulic system for precise control, the pressure and flow of the hydraulic system are adjustable, the traveling speed of the hydraulic cylinder is adjustable, and the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder is adjustable, thereby controlling the discharge amount of the hydraulic silo; the hydraulic silo is equipped with a material level monitoring system, which is linked with the silo loading and unloading equipment, and the system control is highly automated.
